- Click “Track” to see your latest delivery status
🔔 What Tracking Info Will I Get?
You’ll see updates like:
- Order confirmed
- Package ready for dispatch
- In transit
- Out for delivery
- Delivered
📦 Courier Tracking
Once your order is handed over to our delivery partner, you’ll also receive:
- A tracking link via SMS/email
- Courier tracking ID (if available)
- Delivery person’s number (in some cases)
We work with trusted local couriers like Pathao, RedX, Sundarban Courier, and others to make sure your order arrives safely.
⏱️ When Will My Tracking Start?
- For Dhaka deliveries: Tracking starts within 4–12 hours
- For outside Dhaka: It usually begins within 12–24 hours of order confirmation
