🔍 What Counts as Faulty or Damaged?

You may report your item if:

  • The product arrived physically damaged (cracked, broken, leaking, etc.)
  • The item is not turning on or not functioning properly out of the box
  • There’s a manufacturing defect
  • Parts/accessories are missing

📸 What You Should Do:

  1. Take Clear Photos
    • Show the damage or issue clearly
    • Include photos of the product, packaging, and the shipping label (if possible)
  2. Contact Us Within 48 Hours of Delivery
  3. Include the Following in Your Message:
    • Your Order ID
    • Description of the issue
    • The photos you took

🔄 What Happens Next?

Once we receive your report:

  • Our support team will verify the issue
  • If approved, we’ll offer:
  • A free replacement Or a full refund / store credit (your choice, depending on item availability)

Most damage/faulty item claims are resolved within 1–2 business days.

❗Important Notes:

  • Claims made after 48 hours of receiving the item may not be eligible
  • Items damaged due to misuse or handling errors are not covered
  • Some items (like e-liquids or disposables) are not returnable once opened unless defective
