🛠️ What Counts as a Damaged Order?

A damaged order may include:

  • Cracked, broken, or leaking vape devices
  • Leaking e-liquid bottles
  • Torn packaging with missing items
  • Non-functioning products right out of the box

If you notice any physical or functional damage upon receiving your package, please contact us immediately.

📸 What to Do If You Receive a Damaged Product:

  1. Take Clear Photos
    • Show the damage clearly
    • Include photos of the packaging and shipping label
  2. Contact Us Within 24–48 Hours of Delivery
  3. Include the Following in Your Message:
    • Your Order ID
    • Description of the damage
    • The photos you took

🔁 What Happens Next?

Once we receive your report:

  • Our team will review the damage
  • If the claim is approved, we’ll offer:
    • A replacement (free of charge)
    • Or a full refund/store credit (based on the item and availability)

We typically process damage claims within 1–2 business days.

🚫 Important Notes:

  • Claims made after 48 hours may not be eligible for refund or replacement
  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling are not covered
  • We may request the item to be returned before processing the replacement
